RETURN PERIOD & BASICS
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt – without complicated forms or waiting times.
You can easily initiate returns and exchanges via your customer account.
If you ordered as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation to access the return form.
Your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected – we are extending this period to a goodwill period of 30 days.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Fast, digital, and transparent – in just a few steps.
Log in to your customer account or use the return link from your order email as a guest.
You will receive a free Hermes shipping label via email (DE & AT) and a confirmation of your return.
Pack the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form with your order number in the package. Take the package to the nearest Hermes store and attach the return label to the outside.
Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method – usually within a few days.
Exchange: If you have opted for an exchange, you will receive a checkout link immediately after the form to complete your new order. The same price is guaranteed, a small shipping fee (€1.99) applies.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) remains unaffected – as a gesture of goodwill, we are extending it to 30 days.
